Shipping policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Where we ship
We ship Australia wide and to selected international destinations. Oversized items such as wings and body panels ship by freight and may be limited to Australian addresses or to metro areas. Any restrictions are shown on the product page or at checkout.
2. Processing and dispatch times
- In stock items: dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
- Made to order items: most of our parts are printed to order. Standard production time is 5 to 10 business days before dispatch. Where a product has a different lead time, it is shown on the product page.
- Preorders: the estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page. We will email you if it changes.
- Mixed orders: ship together once everything is ready, unless you ask us to split the order. Extra shipping may apply.
Business days are Monday to Friday, Western Australian time, excluding WA public holidays. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Production runs, material supply and carrier delays can affect them. If your order will be significantly later than estimated we will let you know, and you can choose to wait or cancel any undispatched items for a full refund.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Oversized and freight items are priced separately at checkout or quoted on request. Where a free shipping offer is shown, it applies only as stated in the offer.
4. Carriers and tracking
We use Australia Post and courier services depending on the size of the item and the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are indicative only and are outside our control.
5. Delivery addresses and authority to leave
- You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address and a contact phone number. Check your order confirmation. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not been dispatched. Address changes after dispatch may incur a carrier fee.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected from the carrier, we will contact you. Redelivery is at your cost. If you would rather cancel, we will refund the product price less the original shipping cost and any return charges the carrier bills us.
- If you select authority to leave (safe drop) at checkout, or give the carrier instructions to leave the parcel, delivery is complete when the parcel is left at your address and we are not responsible for loss or theft after that point. If you do not want the parcel left unattended, select signature on delivery where offered, or use a parcel locker or PO box.
- Large freight items are delivered kerbside or to the driveway. Someone will need to be there to receive them. Missed deliveries may attract a redelivery fee from the carrier, which is payable by you.
6. Lost, delayed and damaged parcels
- If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier. Carriers generally need 5 to 10 business days to investigate before they will declare a parcel lost. Once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or their investigation period passes without delivery, we will send a replacement or refund you.
- If your order arrives damaged, report it within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and the part, and keep the packaging. See section 6 of our Refund and Returns Policy.
- For freight items, inspect the carton before signing where possible and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
7. International orders
- Prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or brokerage charges in the destination country. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020). You are responsible for paying any charges to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.
- Give us accurate contact details, including a phone number and email address, so the carrier and customs can reach you. Delays caused by missing or incorrect customs information are not our responsibility.
- If a parcel is refused, abandoned or returned to us because charges were not paid or customs could not contact you, we will refund the product price less outbound shipping, return shipping and any charges we incur, once the parcel is back with us. If the parcel is destroyed or disposed of by customs or the carrier because charges were not paid, we cannot refund it.
- Change of mind returns are not available on international orders. Your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
- International delivery times vary by destination and can be extended by customs processing, which is outside our control.
- You are responsible for confirming that a product can be legally imported and used in your country.
8. Ownership and risk
Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment. Within Australia, we are responsible for the products until they are delivered to your address, or left at your address in line with your authority to leave instructions. From that point, risk in the products passes to you. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Packaging
We use protective packaging, and large items ship in custom cartons with foam inserts. Please keep all packaging until you have checked your order, and reuse or recycle it afterwards.
